To join Snow Fox Rewards, follow these steps:

1. Click Join Now at the top of this page.
2. Enter your email address and create a password.
3. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your account is created, and you can start earning points immediately!

You can redeem your points for products or discount codes once you’ve collected 100 Fox Points. Please note that points can only be redeemed on full-priced items, and cannot be stacked or combined with other offers.

To check your points balance, simply log in to your Snow Fox Rewards account on this page. Your current points will appear below your order history.

Make sure to follow the recommended actions to earn points such as following us on Instagram, entering your birthday or leaving a review. Please allow up to 24 hours for your Snow Fox Rewards balance to update.

If your balance still doesn’t appear correctly after this time, reach out to our team for further assistance.

Certainly! If you have multiple Snow Fox Rewards accounts, email your account details to hello@snowfoxskincare.com and specify which account you want to retain, and we’ll handle the rest!

3. Provide the necessary information to verify your account.
4. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
5. Choose a strong password that you haven’t used before with this account.

Happy Birthday! After entering your birth date in your account, you will receive your Fox Points on the morning of your birthday. Points usually appear between 9 am and 12 pm EST, so please don’t worry if they don’t appear at midnight. Enjoy your special day!

Please note: If you input your birth date within 30 days before your birthday, you’ll receive your birthday bonus 30 days after the entry date. However, if you enter your birth date after it has already passed, you won’t receive birthday points. Instead, you’ll get your points on your actual birthday the following year.

Within 30 days after your order has shipped, you should receive an email requesting a review for one of your purchased products. If you submit your review through that email, 20 Fox Points will be automatically added to your account. If your review includes a photo or video, you’ll receive 30 points.

Please note:

• Points are only rewarded for up to six review emails per user.
• Reviews must be completed through the provided review-related emails.
• Multiple reviews of the same product won’t earn additional points. 

When you refer friends and family to Snow Fox Rewards, they’ll receive a $10 discount on their first order. In return, you’ll earn 300 Fox Points once their purchase is completed.

Keep in mind:

• You can make up to two referrals per month.
• Referring yourself using another account is not allowed.
• Snow Fox Skincare reserves the right to disable any account suspected of abusing the referral and rewards program.

You can only use one discount or promotional code per order. This applies to free shipping offers and the usage of points through our Snow Fox Rewards program.

Yes, Fox Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. Unfortunately, this action cannot be undone.

Don't worry! When you redeem your Fox Points, they’re transformed into a promo code. If the code isn’t valid for the items in your cart, you can still use it for other purchases. Remember to check your Rewards History in your account to find all your promo codes. Simply copy and paste the code during checkout to enjoy the discount!

Just be sure to only use your promo code on eligible products.

Please note that Fox Points are not refunded or added back to your account when a product is returned.
